OMG, I believe after billions of dollars spent out on diet aids, chopping people up and cultish concepts there is a new diet that claims to keep you at a healthy weight! It’s called “calories in Vs. calories out†OMG can you believe that, now who would have thought! Oh but it gets better, this one comes with Hell and brimstone. It gives you a break down of how long you have to workout to work off each food.
